Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in writing.

Artists retain intellectual property rights to their work.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Physical artworks and merchandise will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping timelines may vary. Cycol Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.
